In particular, we emphasize the importance of allowing the Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) and the Intergovernmental Working Group (IGWG) to complete their work\u2014especially on the Pathogen Access and Benefit-Sharing (PABS) annex\u2014before introducing new actions.<\/p>\n<p>Multi-stakeholder engagement at the regional level will be critical to ensure that future frameworks are practical, innovation-friendly, and aligned with the realities of public health response. The innovative pharmaceutical industry stands ready to contribute its expertise and we encourage continued dialogue and collaboration to ensure that the Western Pacific Region remains a model for
