href=\"https:\/\/www.ifpma.org\/resources\/ifpma-code-of-practice-2019-our-ethos\/\">IFPMA Ethos<\/a> or value system, to help companies make decisions that balance business objectives and ethical considerations to meet patient needs and the expectations of the medical community, regulators, and society.<\/p>\n<p>The Decision-Making Framework Toolkit provides an updated suite of customizable materials to support organizations in putting the IFPMA ethical foundation into action.<\/p>\n<p>This Toolkit has four parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Decision-Making Framework: a principles-based, five-step decision-making approach<\/li>\n<li>A comprehensive background guide to the Decision-Making Framework<\/li>\n<li>A customizable presentation deck<\/li>\n<li>An accompanying guide to support business leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"underline\">Our Ethos in Action<\/h3>\n<p>Discover how to put our Ethos into action with the five-phase Decision-Making Framework.<\/p>\n<div
